Preparing to apply


 STEP 1  Register a new SKIYAKI ID

Please register a new SKIYAKI ID

 STEP 2  ID confirmation email

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered in STEP 1.
Follow the instructions within to complete the registration of your SKIYAKI ID.

 STEP 3  Text message confirmation

A text message will be sent to the mobile phone number you entered. Enter the 6-digit PIN code from that message on the text message confirmation page of the website.
※ If you do not receive the text message, please confirm your account here.

 STEP 4  Download the app

Please use the download page below that corresponds to the device you're using to download the SKIYAKI TICKET app.

iPhone users press here

 STEP 5  Start the app・Log in

Enter the SKIYAKI ID you registered in STEP 1 and log in.

Log in to SKIYAKI TICKET

This completes the preliminary setup.
If you successfully complete STEPS 1~5, your SKIYAKI ID will be linked to the SKIYAKI TICKET app.

 

Ticket application process


 STEP 1  Select an event to purchase

Access the sales URL and select the event you wish to purchase
access to from the 'Events List' screen, then press the 'Apply' button.

※ If you are not currently logged in to the SKIYAKI TICKET website, a login screen will appear.
Please login with the ID you registered on the SKIYAKI TICKET app.
※ Please read the cautionary notes carefully before pressing the 'Apply' button.


 STEP 2  Confirm purchase

After confirming the details of your purchase, press the "Purchase using these details" button.

 STEP 3  Select a payment method

After pressing the 'Purchase using these details' button, you'll be taken to the payment method selection screen.
Choose your desired payment method then press the 'Next' button.

 STEP 4  Confirm ticket application

After pressing the 'Next' button, you'll be taken to the ticket application
confirmation screen. After confirming the details, please press the "Pay" button.

 STEP 5  Purchase notification email

After completing your purchase, a purchase notification email will be sent to the email address you registered with SKIYAKI TICKET.

※ If you chose the convenience store payment option, you will also be sent a
'Guide to convenience store payment" email. Please follow the instructions within to complete your payment.

 STEP 6  Confirm on the SKIYAKI TICKET app

Open up the SKIYAKI TICKET app and check to see if the ticket you purchased is displayed correctly.

※ The serial code you will require for viewing will be displayed within the SKIYAKI TICKET app.
※ It may take between 5~10 minutes from purchasing your ticket for the serial code to show up 
in the SKIYAKI TICKET app. Please allow some time for your ticket purchase.
